BLOG CANDY TIME!
As promised yesterday this post is to let you all know that I have a lovely piece of blog candy up for grabs
to celebrate the New Year.
I would like to give away a gorgeous Spellbinder Die- Di- Lites Fantastic Flourish Three so that one of you can have the pleasure of using this fabulous design.
This is a card that I made for the recent Pick of the Day that I did and it shows how you can use it to make a very eye catching background
I have also used the gorgeous butterfly stamp from Joanna's Knitting set which I stamped and embossed in white embossing powder.
The only thing I ask is for you to leave a comment - it would be fantastic if you became a follower of the blog too as I am posting on a much more regular basis showing you some of my designs including Spellbinder ideas that I have been showing on my recent shows.
I will keep this Candy running for 2 weeks ending on January 20th (which is the day that Mark and I go to see Strictly come Dancing in Birmingham!!! totally unrelated but very exciting!!)
Thankyou for popping by again and I have that you are the lucky one to receive this fab die.
Bye for now and enjoy a lovely Sunday,
Jo xx

Hi JO, happy new year! Super die card, great to see you on C&C, I visit regularly but don't leave any comments, not sure why, your cards are so elegant and beautiful. Following, so I don't miss out, take care! Ruby x
ReplyDeleteHi Jo, It's a beautiful card, I love the colours and the die. I have only just found your blog, I've been receiving your emails for a while now but never realised you had a blog. Thank you for visiting my blog on Saturday, and thank you for your good wishes re the Allsorts Challenge win. I have followed too. Enjoy Strictly, we couldn't manage to get any good seats this year. We went last year to Newcastle and my husband had managed to get tickets for the second row, perfect. We had Robbie Savage dancing in front of us for the finale. The only problem was, my hubby and I were both feeling under the weather, we had bad colds, I felt really sorry for the people around us because we were coughing and sneezing. I felt so bad I was drinking whisky to try and perk up - the thing is, I don't usually drink!!. Enjoy it, I'm so jealous. Wendy xx
ReplyDeleteHi Wendy,
DeleteGreat story - shame you couldnt make the most of Robbie Savage dancing in front of you!! x
Jo this card is stunning as all your cards are. I am off to see strictly too but not until the 8th Fabruary, I can't wait to go.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win this gorgeous die.

I brought mum into your shop today, and i noticed this die as we walked in, i said i would pick it up after looking round, but after looking round it was too late, some one else had picked it up, so it was not my day today, but saturday was my day, as my first grandchild was born "Alfie Jack". Mum and i both love your shop Joe, and thankyou mark for a cupa Tea x

ReplyDeleteHi Jo this is the first time that I have ever sent a message on anyones blog. I watched you on C&C yesterday and heard you mention about your blog, so thought I must visit. Your cards are lovely, I like Spellbinders and have ordered the opulent ovals and cannot wait for them to arrive.Look forward to visiting more often now I have found you,and get some inspiration to use the new dies.
ReplyDeleteBye Janette x
Hello.
ReplyDeleteHow uncanny is that; I try to follow your blog (with a few issues which aren't your fault) and then I find a blog candy?!! My lucky day! I watch you regularly on C&C but today's show was great. Using those metals is brilliant and the different ideas you say you're going to use tomorrow, especially the felt, really interest me. I must find that gorgeous blue craft metal, as it looks stunning embossed.
Love the card and the die Jo. I watch you on C&C and use a lot of your ideas for my spellbinders. I still have quite a few that I have not used. I am not too good at coming up with the ideas myself even though I have been a card maker for a number of years. Just found your blog after watching you this morning on C&C. Looking forward to keeping up with your ideas. Thank you. Marion x
ReplyDeleteJo i'm just sat watching you on create and craft and just love your demo's such inspiration and fabulous products!! Thanks for the chance to win this gorgeous die and keep up all these fabulous designs they really are just unique! Love Chanelle xx
ReplyDeleteLovely candy Jo thanks for the chance of winning the lovely goodies.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great card and a lovely prize. The flourish makes a great statement background, really draws the eye
ReplyDeleteI was watching you on C & C at lunchtime and had my email read out. So glad someone asked if you had a blog; here I am and I will become a follower so I see when you post. Loving your cards and also loving the chance to win some blog candy.

ReplyDeleteEnjoy you day at Strictly, love the butterfly, will have to break my new years resolution and buy the butterfly stamp when I am next in Conningsby.
ReplyDeleteJune Poke
I love seeing how people make use of the dies in ways other than would be expected. It makes us think more about what we have, and how we could use them differently and so get more use and value for money.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great time at Strictly.
Hugs
Julia
