Day 11 -

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I have another sample from my show that I did on Wednesday at Create and Craft.
I'm a real fan of purple and black as it looks so clean and precise.

I have used the Rose die from Tattered Lace and in my demonstration I was showing how you can take one die and extend it to make a real feature on a larger card.
It works really well with this particular die.  Take a look at some of your designs and have a go at extending them.  A sentiment, pearl strings, some gross grain ribbon and a resin flower finishes off the card.
Its another busy day today even though it is Sunday I have my first show in the California Crafting schedule at 1pm. Hope that you can join me and perhaps send an email!
If you have time please leave me a comment - tell me what you have been crafting with lately!
Remember a comment means you are put into the draw for blog candy.
Thankyou so much for popping in and hope to see you again tomorrow.
Bye for now
Jo x

  3. A very sophisticated card that would work in many colourways. I'm determined to have a go at something 'arty' this year and venture into the world of canvas and mixed media so any tips on that would be very welcome (all I've succeeded in doing so far is making a mess!)

Wow, such a pretty card & have to agree with you that the purple & black together looks stunning.
The T/L Rose die is very beautiful & it looks amazing on your card together with the ribbon & pearl embellishments puts that perfect finishing touch.

    Beautiful as always Jo.
