Welcome to day 13 of my 30 days of Christmas Inspiration. I hope that you are enjoying following the posts. I am really appreciating the comments that are being left!
Today I have another Hobby House project which we are doing in class today and it is a little change from a card ...........
It's a cracker!
I thought this would make a lovely project to use as a base for one of the Hobby House toppers. I have used the Tonic square cracker die which cuts a treat and scores all the lines that you need to fold the cracker correctly.
I have used Hobby house christmas cardstock which matches a treat.
A circle of glitter card and a snowflake cut from a contrasting cardstock makes a lovely backdrop for the topper. Ribbon and beads finish the project off.
This would make a lovely gift idea with something inside. One of the ladies in the class also suggested using it as a place setting on the Christmas table - good idea Julie!
This is a side view to show you the depth of the cracker ~
I hope that you like it and perhaps you will have a go at making one.
Please pop a comment in if you have a minute and be in with a chance of grabbing the blog candy!
Thankyou for popping in,
Bye for now

ReplyDeleteGorgeous project.....I'm not very good with things that need scoring and folding but as this die does the scoring for you I'm sure I could make this!
