Well what do you think of this fabulous weather - in October we are being spoilt!
Enjoy it while we can!
the gardens are still looking healthy but Mark is worried that all this warm weather will mean he has to cut the grass again before the Winter sets in!!
Today I would like to share a card project that we are doing in class this week -
The theme for the workshops is Hobby House projects and this card has been made using one of Clare Rowlands fabulous designs that she has drawn for the Hobby House and they have been made into Art pads which contain a total of 30 images and it was a hard task trying to choose the one to use!
I have coloured this fabulous snowman in with pro-markers and distressed the edges with weathered wood distress ink and sprinkled with Ice Diamonds from Pinflair. It is hard to pick up how lovely they look and how the light catches them. All the backing papers are from the Nordic Christmas pack from the Hobby House. Buttons, bakers twine and tag are also from this kit.
I have used Kraft card to layer up the papers and the image.
A spellbinder snowflake cut in pearl card finishes the design off a treat.
I love using Hobby House products and equally love coloring so this was a pleasure to make.
I hope that you have enjoyed checking it out as much and please leave a comment to let me know what you think. Remember leaving a comment will give you a chance at winning the Blog Candy at the end of the 30 days of Inspiration.
Thankyou, as always, for popping by,
hope to see you again tomorrow,
Bye for now
Jo xx
