Good Morning Everyone,
Sorry that I missed last weeks Allsorts Challenge, I have been a bit poorly. What a week this has been, very busy! Wednesday was a double workshop day at the shop we were using the new Cheery Lynn dies, there is only one word to describe these - gorgeous!!! Everyone was blown away with how delicate the dies cut and the results that you can get from just one die. Thursday Karen and I had a trip over to Sleaford to spend the afternoon with the Salvation Army Craft club. What a lovely group and everyone enjoyed themselves. That brings us to Friday. To finish the week I had a Create and Craft show which went fabulously well. I had a great lineup of products, as ever, from Jayne Shasky to the gorgeous HouseMouse Craft stamps. Which brings me nicely on to my card for the Challenge.
Now, if that doesnt make you smile! You really cant help but love these gorgeous little characters and how fabulous they are to colour in. On this one I have used Pro-markers. the background papers were taken from the Haberdashery collection by Joanna and these are available on her website. This is a great pack with a lot of useful A4 pieces to play with. I have also used Tim Holtz sewing room die to embellish further. As you will see I have faux stitched around the edges of everything that can be seen and finished off with Vintage photo distress ink.
I really hope you enjoyed this as much as I did making it, colouring in House Mouse designs always makes me feel happy.
Please leave a comment and let me know if you too love these cute little characters. I love to hear from you.
Bye for now and enjoy a lovely weekend Jo xx
