Week 269 - time for tea

Good morning everyone,

How are you all? Well I hope and continuing to enjoy this lovely weather.
Apologies for my absence last week - I intended to post on the Tuesday that we came back from a long weekend in Norfolk with our lovely friends Caroline and John.  Unfortunately Mark has been a bit poorly this week with a bug and I have been in charge of the shop as Mr C had to have a few days at home :( He is on the mend now and back at work today. Understandably it left me a bit busy so I am afraid work had to come first.

The weekend was fabulous such as relaxing few days with lots of sunshine, ice-cream and fish and chips!! Norfolk has such unexpected beauty with pretty little villages and quaint towns with little boutique shops and cafes and the coastal towns are fabulous. It was also Caroline's 40th birthday so we had a little celebration on the Saturday evening!

Well back to the topic of today we have been asked by our lovely Sarah's turn to choose a theme for this weeks Challenge and it is ~

TIME FOR TEA

I think this is a lovely Challenge and I have chosen the following project to share
with you ~

This is mainly a Heartfelt Creation project with the stamp and the background paper.
The stamp for the tea cup China Fragments set and for the flowers it is the Tattered Florals die cut and stamp set. The papers are from one of the Heartfelt Creations paper packs.
I have finished the flowers off with some black micro beads in the middle to give them some definition.

The design team have made some excellent projects too and so pop over to see them at the Allsorts Blog. Our Sponsors this week are Flonzcraft and Eureka Stamps

Today I am getting my samples ready for tomorrow's demonstration at Inspirations in Preston.  It is Christmas all the way and if you are in the area on Sunday it would be lovely to see you.

We also have a very exciting event at our shop next Saturday 2nd August - it is our 1st Birthday in our Tattershall shop and we have the fabulous Sheena Douglass coming to demonstrate. The event will be on from 10 am until 4pm, with refreshments all day and inspiration by the bucket full from Sheena. I am also going to put some blog candy up on my blog next Saturday to celebrate our Birthday weekend so watch out for this too.

Thankyou for popping by and hope that you can find the time to leave a comment.
Enjoy a lovely weekend whatever you are planning to do and don't forget to join in the Challenge for some great prizes.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Bye for now
Jo xxx
